Science Fiction

Authors here inhabit Science Fiction with an otherworldly zeal that makes the rest of us feel downright grounded. That's why we need their extraordinary powers of imagination in order to defy the humdrummery of everyday life. But, what's so brilliant is the structured logic behind these extreme plotlines that make these stories so compellingly plausible. They make the impossible seem possible with their audacious imaginations. That makes it all the more intriguing.

SCIENCE FICTION / SUSPENSE
It's not easy pretending to be a robot. Just ask Charlie. The very morning his employer was to unveil the world's first artificial human being to a select group of investors, the android ran away. Now it's up to Charlie to pose as the robot until the real machine is found. The only thing is, androids are supposed to be tall and good looking.

Or at the very least, be good at board games. Charlie isn't. To make matters worse, a rival robotics company is intent on stealing Charlie for themselves. In short, it's a nightmare, and as the weeks pass and there's still no sign of the run-away android, Charlie is faced with a difficult decision, continue the deception or come clean. Either way, his life will never be the same.

In Returning Left Luggage, Book Two of the ARIA Trilogy, we Finally Meet the Aliens! Unlike most science fiction aliens, these ignore the remaining humans, or make use of them for labour. They don’t bargain on encountering the psychotic Dr Antonio Menzies, and when he discovers how to use their telepathic-controlled gadgets, odd things happen.  Meanwhile Ryder’s isolation group are in the South Pacific facing invasion problems of another kind. That, and trouble in the French Alps, along with a runaway exotic weed, makes this sequel one you’ll not want to miss.
